Craving some crunch....

I've never been a chip eater. So that's not the issue.  Lol.

But i am craving something crunchy.... I think because with the tummy issues I've had all soft stuff for just about 3 months now... I'm needing something different... crunchy.

What do you all use? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated at this point!

That is such a great idea.  I'm someone who loves crunchy food, like pickles and crackers.   Freezie will be a great replacement.

Thanks. great idea, unfortunately, I have sensitive teeth and can't bite anything cold.  :(

I was thinking maybe a few almonds....

Dill pickles!  I love those when I need something with zing and crunch.

If you are still on soft foods than anything with a crunch is likely to irritate. Nuts although great can be hard to digest. I would resolve your food issues first

Agreed. If you're still on soft foods, that would be the first process to iron out (moving forward to solids).

But when you get there, I recommend dill pickles, pepperoni slices baked in the oven (to be like a chip), cheese grated into tiny piles, and microwaved to be like a chip, or even chick peas baked... I've heard that salt and vinegar ones are good but I like baking my chick peas with garlic and parmesan. YUM! So delicious.

Like the garlic parm idea...  I hate vinegar so that takes out a lot of options. I'm onto solid foods now and waiting on test results for my tummy issues... hoping it's just extra swelling. Lol

whenever I get the need for some crunch I roast some chick peas. They work perfectly for me. Good Luck!
