Good morning and HAPPY FRIDAY!

Off to work this morning for my final of 12 straight, no other plans thankfully. Waiting (im)patiently for 4:30! I realized by dinnertime yesterday that all of my meals consisted of some form of chicken. I am all chickened out. lol

9 years post-op

- coffee with cream x 3 over the day -

B - Premier protein shake

S - Greek yogurt, sprinkle of toasted almonds, small handful of green grapes

L - crustless quiche, a few cucumber slices

S - ham/cheese/pickle roll-ups (3), mustard for dipping

D - I'll leave this to Andrew. I couldn't care less what it is as long as I don't have to make it. LOL

S - likely just coffee/tea or maybe a Bengal Spice fog

Have a fabulous Friday!

K. :)

chicken fills me up faster and with less amount then any other protein.

I can eat 6 oz of fish - 5 oz of steak but chicken....sometimes not even the 4 oz I have listed.  I really should eat it more often.

Enjoy your weekend Karen - sounds like you sure have earned it

Chicken is the most filling for me too for some reason, even more so than steak.

You enjoy your weekend too, Barb! :)

Good morning everyone.  Nice and sunny out there this morning.  Went to see The Woman in Gold with the girls last night and thoroughly enjoyed my night out.

Today it's swimming, going out for lunch with a friend, paperwork, maybe going out to listen to live music with DH. This will be my last post until Monday.  Tomorrow DH and I are going to Toronto for the weekend.  We will go to the gallery, listen to live music, see "the sights" lol.
