Good morning :)

It really does feel good having a few days "back on plan" under your belt, doesn't it. For me, I feel much more "in control" and focused. This past weekend was a freakin' catastrophe (huge exaggeration, but to me it was) food-wise. Working both days with no scheduled breaks my routine was shot and I found myself grazing all day long on everything I brought in my lunch kit, which was over-packed in case the day went into evening, etc. Both days, all gone. A very good reminder to me that despite my great restriction, grazing allows me to eat way too much. I should know better, back on regular plan today and also zero carbs other than dairy/veg. That'll learn me. ;)

Working today then home for dinner and Bates Motel tonight. NORMAN!

It truly is. I sit and eat a meal and fill quickly and have to stop (and my vagus nerve kicks in making me runny-nosed and sneezing) but I can eat a few bites allllllll day long until I've way overeaten. Boo.

Oooooh, another Bates fan! That show is absolutely brilliant. Just when I think it can't get any better (worse really!), it DOES! The dinner scene last night was the most hilarious/ludicrous thing I ever hoped could happen lol
