L - chicken thigh and veg

S - tuna

D - chicken and veg, 1/8 cup rice

S - slice chia bread, slice chicken breast, slice pastrami

cappuccino

Good morning fine people!! 

Wow I just came back from Costco and bought the Premier protien drinks, good Gawd they went up in price. I am trying to drop the copious amounts of junk food Ive been eating and get back on track so any type of moral support would be appreciated. I need to drop 8 lbs and its hanging on for dear life fss.

If anyone has anything to add to kick start this process I'd love to hear it. Im struggling to refocus for some reason I keep telling myself that in the big picture this isnt a lot of weight to loss but I am kicking myself for allowing the regain.....ugh!! 

BB-- 3 sups decaf coffee

B--1 packet quaker oatmeal (protein added)

L--Protein drink (Premier)

S--12 raw almonds

D--checken cearsar salad (holding the chicken as i cant handle it post op)

S--home popped popcorn with fresh parmesan cheese grated on top  

Making sure to drink lots of water and getting the vitamins cause ive gotten lazy there too!
