What are you eating/doing today? (Wednesday)

Feeling pretty good. A bit surprised yesterday when I had my chicken cacciatore when if felt like it was getting stuck. But leftover turkey was fine with tzatiki. I brought tzatiki today for my chicken. Just sensitive lately.
4 years post rny - yesterday's steps 19,490 - Candlelit yoga this morning, Yasso's (fartleks...speed training) at the track tonight
B: egg and avacado
S: queen street bread and almond butter, a few slices of mango
L: 4 oz grilled chicken, tzatiki and quinoa salad
S: Say Cheese cheesecake..totally went up in price, but I missed it!! Today's sweet

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

B - scrambled egg with tomato and cheese on 1/2 flat-out light
L - ham, 1oz cheese, cucumbers
S - flakes of turkey, 1/4 cup grapes
D - shrimp, brussel sprouts and corn, quinoa
S - 2oz canned salmon, cappuccino
