S 1 soure greek yogurt
L 85 gr garlic and hot peppers tuna, 3 melbas, 1/2 sweet kale salad
D 1 c turkey chili
S 4 oz skim milk

My fridge is full of leftover meals - so ready made breakfast and lunch today. Dinner home tonight.

B - 1/2 chicken norito bowl from Tijuana Flats
L - Leftover from last night - 3 oz black grouper
few veggies
D - 2 slices of beefsteak tomatoes with 1/4 ball of burrata and 1 TSP of full fat Italian dressing
5 oz pecan crusted chicken
glass of merlot
S - Decaf and 2 small biscotti

Happy hump-day indeed! Off to work this morning, have a couple of errands to run after work, then home for the evening. I've been trying to watch Big Brother Canada when it's on (but my gawd, 3 times per week ffs??) as my bestie's son is on the show and will have to watch tonight for sure since he's up for eviction (if I can make it 'til 9 lol).
Costco has some very decent women's clothing right now, FYI - worth checking out if you're looking for spring/summer basics. No roast chicken salad since the recall and a huge increase in the cost of Premier protein shakes at $29.99 - am I crazy or were they always around $25?

Why is it so coooolllddd, I fell asleep with a window slightly open and wood floors in my bedroom were almost too cold to walk on. Days like today I'm glad to work from home!

Good morning all. I was at the streetcar stop this morning before I realised I forgot a towel for swimming today. I know exactly where I left it at home. I may go to Marshall's and buy a towel. I usually like to wash a new towel first but I really need some exercise. I am a little out of control at the moment.
