Insomnia again - however at least I don't have to function at work. Beach today followed by dinner tonight continuing the farewell tour

B - early - premier protein shake blended with small banana and ice
B - regular time - Panera Bread bagel with light cream cheese
L - 1 leftover rib
2 lerftover shrimp
D - 6 oz grilled grouper
Broccoli rabe
glass of merlot
1 slice of hot sourdough

Barb, sorry about the insomnia...I wish that was my problem instead of having to get up at this hour for work!
No plans today other then work and the gym.
B protein coffee, 1 c ff cottage cheese and yogurt mixed
S 1 boiled egg
L 3 oz left over bison burger w/ tomato/onion/ mustard no bun, 1/2 c sweet kale salad
D 1 c homemade turkey veggie soup, 3 melbas
S 4 oz skim milk, sm banana

Sorry about the insomnia Barb. Touch wood (clunk) I've been in a really settled sleep cycle and haven't suffered from it in what seems like a very long time, after fighting it daily for at least 3 years. Hopefully it'll pass for you - enjoy the beach! Tanya, I'm such a nerd that I found it rather fascinating that your steps were 11111. lol
Off to work this morning and a busy day ahead. I drank my last Premier this morning so I guess it's off to Costco after work to pick up a couple more cases of vanilla. Other than that, nothing on my agenda for the evening thankfully.

Feeling much better today, and was fine yesterday as well. So the crap is behind me and I look ahead at good eats that my body likes.

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

Off to a meeting tonight. I am providing chili for the dinner so I know I will have food I can eat. Made most of it last night and DH will fini**** this afternoon. Had a burrito yesterday at lunch instead of what I had brought. It was great but could only eat1/2. Even that is loaded with calories. So other half today.
