Looking to connect with other WLS patients in London, ON

Hi everyone - haven't posted in a very long time. I recently moved to London, ON and would love to connect with some other WLS patients who are perhaps looking for a workout buddy. I am having some major trouble staying motivated in that area lately!

Also looking to sell/donate some too-big-for-me clothes - not everything is in fantastic condition but lots of things ideal for workouts/short-time-only (i.e. recently had surgery & losing very quickly!). Also getting rid of a few blazers & other work appropriate clothes. Suggestions as to a local thrift store? Also willing to connect directly with a person!

Hey! I'm from London. I had my surgery Feb 10th so im coming up on 8 weeks out.

Im also looking for a work out buddy, Id be interested in chatting more for sure!

Hi Jenn, congratulations on your surgery, hope your first few weeks are going well! I have a Y membership (still using my university student card for a discount!) and live in the Wortley area, though I'm willing to travel around the city a bit.
