Good morning all. Off for a walk with the dog shortly. I am hoping the wind isn't too bad. I am off to a training for the panam games and would like to bike to  it. It is not too far and would be a great start after the winter. Really need to do some grocery shopping later. My daughters band is playing tonight. The problem is they do not start until 10:00pm. By then I am ready to fall asleep. We have been unable to go to a show for a while so may try to make it.

Morning all :)

So nice to wake up without the alarm this morning! I'm off to a hair appointment in a few minutes and then I'm going into work for a few hours. I get my best work done when there's no one else there to phone, email, stop by or otherwise interrupt my creative process. lol In actuality, I have a crap ton of stuff to do and there simply weren't enough hours in the week. Not sure what else I'll get up to later, have a few movies here that I've been wanting to get to.

I went a whole month without losing around that time, in fact I actually gained.  It happens to many people, just keep on plan and eventually the scale will move. In the meantime, are your clothes feeling looser?  I have found that often I go down in clothing size ven though my weight is the same. Try not to weigh yourself more than once a week, if you weigh too often it can become obsessive and is not healthy.  Hang in there, I know it is tough.
