I have a GNC gold card so I think it is $24.99 for 12 so that is always why I stock up when they have the sale as it works out to about $1.50 per shake when you buy them on sale.

Walmart has a few pre-made brands Pure Protein, Muscle Milk and a couple others I don't remember the names.

Don't need a Costco card to order online, it just costs a bit more, and it is still cheaper than buying elsewhere (oftentimes)

I drink Pure Protein shakes and find them at Walmart in the Pharmacy section.

They have 23 - 25 grams of protein, between 110 - 125 calories, 2 - 4 net carbs, and 1 or 2 grams of sugar depending on the flavour.  They taste pretty darned good!

Isoflex powder is really good but their pre-made shakes are thick and gross.
