15 months today! Wow how time flies! 

Not sure I'll ever make my ultimate goal weight but I'm happy where I am! If I got to 155lbs I wouldn't have the muscles I have now lmao! Loving the gym and watching the changes. 

Added new pictures to my profile. I don't recognise myself!

That's great, you look so fit, so happy for you! And your hair is blonde now, when did that happen?  It suits you but yes you do look very different.  What do you do to have the toned upper body? I am assuming weights?

Great job!! 

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
