Trying to stayin the moment today, lots of work stress. I have to remember that I know the truth that I am a great person and regardless of whether others see it, the truth does not change. No matter what, my value as a human being remains the same. Singing in the choir is helping with that as I always have a song in my head that I am learning the words to. I feel a little like Allie Mcbeal and her theme songs, lol. Remember the dancing baby?

Thanks Karen, it turned out to be a really rotten day but I did not eat my feelings, I did some charting and deep breathing instead.  I started a gratitude journal a few months ago and that helps me see things more positively.  How do you remember to stay in the moment?  I put little pictures of presents (gifts) on things like my phone and my computer, mirrors at home, sometimes it works, sometimes not.  One thing is for certain, it is easier to stay in the moment when the moment is not a chaotic mess. lol  I hope you had a nice day too Karen, another hump day is over!

Good morning all. My knee is acting really weirs. One minute it is fine no pain then it might ache for hours. Kept waking me up last night but at the moment no pain. I tried the Lakota rub. what a huge mistake. It burned my skin. I used it in the morning and I thought the area was fine. I decided to have a bath last night. AS soon as the water hit my knee it starting burning like hell. Didn't stay in the bath long but had to kneel in the water to get out. The only thing that helped the pain of the burn was a cold cloth.

So with dinner making me feel sick all night. My knee aching and burning, I went to bed early. Today is another day and at least I do not feel nauseous.

Swimming at lunch. Going to the Eastenders support group tonight. I haven't been for a while and am looking forward to it.

b greek yogurt, granola, raspberries

s banana, 1/2 beef jerky

s 1/2 beef jerky, baby bel

That's horrible. I used it once too, same thing. Wondered just how much was actually getting to the joint/muscle, or if it was just burning my skin. I had a shower hours after and it burned, just like you said. Bizarre!

Is there anything else to try?

You do wonder why they sell it. I can't image anyone using it. I will go back to cold and hot compresses. It is the weirdest thing that it sometimes just disappears and sometimes aches like hell.

Not sure who to see. Since it goes away I keep hoping it will just stop. I guess I need to see my GP and maybe get an exray or something.
