Thanks for your advice! I went to my doctor today and he managed to get me in for a sleep test tomorrow at the Markham clinic.

Do you know if they're going to be requesting an upper GI test

I was referred May/2014 Orientation August/2014, Surgeon appt Nov/2014, Dietitian/Nurse/Social Worker Dec/2014, Dr.Glazer Feb/2015, PATTS Feb/2015 Surgery March 2nd 2015 a little under 10 months altogether :-)
