Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

My DH and I were his roommates for 2 weeks. Wish I was still there. Could not warm up yesterday.

The gym and value village today.  So happy that finding clothes that fit is easy now.  I bought a spring jacket and 3 cute tops for less than 30 bucks. I am now taking size large pants and tops and fitting into size 9-10 dresses. The last time I fit into those sizes was over 15 years ago, wow!

7 months post op

b - premier protein shake

s - handful of almonds, sf mango lemonade

l - bean burrito with hot sauce

s - BBQ peanuts - I realized after eating them that half a cup has 250 calories, and that I had eaten a full cup. Yikes! Will remember this for the future, it was not worth it, even though I did get 18g of protein.

d - 3 bacon-wrapped chili chicken pieces, cucumber slices

s - heated sf almond breeze with sucralose and protein powder added

all vits and water

B - Vanilla Optifast (1 Tbsp. Maxwell Coffee Crystals, 1 Tbsp. Fry's Coco Powder)

L - Vanilla Optifast (1 Tbsp. Maxwell Coffee Crystals, 1 Tbsp. Fry's Coco Powder)

S - Vanilla Optifast (1 Tbsp. Maxwell Coffee Crystals, 1 Tbsp. Fry's Coco Powder)

 

S - For snacks I will be picking up some of the Sugar Free, Calorie Free Jello and MIO's for water flavoring.

My last post was deleted from yesterdays thread? Am I not to contribute here of my daily menu. Men is welcome correct?

You actually posted your yesterday's menu on the "What are you eating/doing today? (Friday Junior)" thread, which was from last Thursday (it's still there). I only know this because I started the thread that day last week and got notification in my email that you had responded to my post.  :)

You are not bratty! LOL  It's funny, I thought, "Why is Wes posting on a week old thread?" when I got the email notification and I realized that you had posted on the wrong day. haha I'm thrilled that you're posting on the WAYE thread everyday - great habit to get into! :)
