Excited! Nervous! Scared! ON TOP OF THE WORLD! I'm a blender mixed with all sorts of emotions today, and.....*drum roll* down to the last of my OPTI. It has been a struggle but I got through it, thought I would lose alot more since the porcelain princess aka "la toilette" became bff's...I swear I was going (pee) every 20 minutes....I managed to lose 10 pounds which is not bad considering it's only two weeks and don't think I have ever lost 10 pounds in two weeks that quickly

I feel rejuvenated, energized and have this joy that is deep inside. I only pray all goes well as this is a revision and I know there are a few more risks involved but with Dr Hagen and the HRRH crew I'm sure it will be A OKAY.

A big shout out to all of you on OH, you have helped me through this journey and I am sure I will be here to ask more questions for my new beginning....

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
