I'm still learning to be patient..
I just ended another 3 week long stall. If I had done that while dieting alone I would have lost patience, gave up, and devoured a whole cake. Now however I track my foods, count my steps, and sit tight until the scale moves again. I posted my "twonderland" post a while back and then... stopped, lol. I was stuck, grr.
Anyway sorry for the rant, sometimes it feels like my body is just trolling me.

That wasn't a rant...it was a realization of your strength and perseverance. You should be proud!!
I too just broke through a 2.5 week stall and it was a challenge. However, much like yourself, I stuck to my guns and trusted the process.
Good for you!!! Keep up the great work, it's not easy
Patience is a virtue - or so I've been told. ;)
As someone who lost into my third year post-op, I learned early on to accept that my body was going to do whatever it damn well felt like doing, when it felt like doing it. lol You have absolutely the right attitude about this, Seyenna. If you are following what you're supposed to be doing nutritionally, it will indeed happen for you. I think you're doing just great!
K. :)
