If you are near a health food store you could go get a protein bar, simply or quest are good.   If you are near a Tim Horton or Wendy's then chilli.

I had no idea Tim Hortons chili was allowed.

Or protien bars at this stage. Being able to eat those would be wonderful.  I'm having a hard time getting everything in. I'm often to full.

Thanks!

I was eating quest and simply bars and chlli at 1 month onward, making sure to chew very well. Every centre is different, just follow what they have told you.

Hi Nikki if you can get to a grocery store, Campbell's Chunky Soup now makes a chili and it's so good.  And I had my first protein bar at 5 weeks out and as Zizzler says, chew chew chew.  30-40 times per bite.  Also if you're really in a pinch protein shakes are good as is yogurt (especially the Greek yogurt - just be sure that the serving size has less than 10 grams of sugar in it) and cottage cheese.

I am sorry to hear your Centre has not been helpful.  Is there any way you could call them and request another appointment with the nutritionist just to go over everything?

It's nearly a 4 hour drive to them.  my concerns about the constant vomiting was met with well go back to semi solids... I had barely even gotten off that stage.... still having to be super careful or I throw things up.

I was at my grandma's when I posted and she has absolutely none of the above mentioned things. And oh my gosh I still have not found a protien powder that I like the taste of!
