whats your favourite opti fast recipe?
It's not bad the Vanilla with Decaf Maxwell Crystals and Fry's Coco Mix! Reminds me almost of the Sealtest Chocolate Milk brand.
It is my second day, so I am going to make sure like you have stated above get in all my water. That is the hard part. Plus I am supposed to be drinking FOUR pouches a day, and three is filling enough.

I HATED the opti! I choked down my first one and was absolutely distraught! I HAD to find something to dr. them up. I bought SF Torani Syrups. I had raspberry and s'mores. Both flavours of syrup went with both flavours of opti. They were LIFE SAVERS! After I bought them I had absolutely no issues with Opti!
Two big bottles lasted me the full two weeks.
