Good morning everyone.  Barb enjoy your game of golf.  I will be in Florida on Tuesday and looking forward to the heat.  I'm looking outside and seeing that it's snowing, so sunshine and warmth are very welcome.

Today I will be doing paperwork, packing, laundry and chilling with DH. I am trying to use up all of the leftovers before I leave.

Good morning. Enjoy your golfing and stay hydrated. It is so sunny this morning. I need to go to church but would rather be outside walking. I was given tickets to the home show so will be walking a lot this afternoon. It is funny I find this wandering harder on my knees than going for a long walk. Still no fitbit so no way to tell how far I am going.

b greek yogurt, granola, blueberries

l chili, source yogurt

s pure protein bar

d burger with cheese no bun, salad

L - Chicken breast, salad with calorie free Walden dressing, Korean Pop

S - Greek Yogurt

D - Steak, Green Beans, 2 mini potatoes

S - Orange (I've been craving oranges for a couple weeks now, but they don't cause any other cravings!)

Afternoon all :)

What a sunny day out there - too bad it's freezing :/  I must admit, I have become slightly envious of all of you Florida visitors this year! I am VERY ready for the summer heat. Not a lot on the go today other than prep for a very busy week ahead. Cooking, cleaning, other domestic goddess duties as assigned.

B - Premier protein shake

L - crustless quiche, a few bites of spinach salad

S - ham/cheese/pickle roll-ups (2)

D - 3-4 oz chicken breast, lemon-basil green beans & mushrooms (apparently I am addicted to this lately)

S - not sure yet, maybe a London Fog made with coconut dream

Have a superb Sunday,

K. :)
