Aww CC, I'm Jealous you get to go and have some sunshine. Hope you enjoy your stay and bring us some of that warmth back. Libra, glad you had a nice time. Hope you enjoyed every moment of it and Kelly, congrats on  your four yr anniversary, may you have many more healthy yrs. Karen, what about an Orek(sp). The one ones that use for hotels. They are butt ugly but, they clean really good and last a while.

I've nothing exciting going on this week besides heading back to the gym. Seems my knee is getting a little better.

Nothing too exciting today...walking laps of the first floor again. If it warms up, I may try walking outside...laps are getting boring. Still on full liquids until Wednesday. I can finish a whole protein drink in just under an hour now...progress! :)

1 week post op

B - Premier Protein Vanilla

L - Premier Protein Chocolate

D - Premier Protein Vanilla

Plus vitamins and meds. I can finally get in all 8 cups of water in a day...of course, toss in a couple of good naps and it throws the water schedule all off kilter. Kind of funny that this is what I have to "worry" about...

Enjoy Florida CC. I wish I was still there. The -10 this morning was discouraging. Work today with swimming at noon. My left knee is acting up so I am hoping some swimming will help. Went to the home Show yesterday. Came home in a lot of pain but it seem to be fine by the time I went to bed. I forgot to take anything out for dinner tonight. My husband didn't have time to walk the dog so I did that then rushed out the door. So no dinner listed

b greek yogurt, granola, raspberries

s banana (for swimming)

l pork tenderloin with pineapple, yogurt

d ?

Have s good Monday everyone
