Just wanted to say hi, and and ask if anyone who attended the December 15th, 2014 orientation at HRRH has heard anything about appointments yet?  I have a friend going through TWH and they went through the process super fast, or have been at least.  

Hi eloquentdaydreamer, I attended the Jan 9, 2015 Orientation and called HRRH almost two weeks ago and was told my group should start hearing back from them around the third week in April as they were just finishing up with Novembers groups.  They are two months behind, so based on your date I would think you should hear closer to the first part of April? fingers crossed and good luck to you

I am one month post op and had many appts in the year it took to get me there.......but it's sooooo worth it. It will be here before you know it. And you will do well. And you will feel better. And you will get a job and get your life back.

I've been heavy all my life but led a very active life, pretty positive for the most part. I thought of surgery but didn't want to 'cave in' to an easy out......but it's not an easy out, it teaches you a whole lot of things along the way. Hang in, hang on and you'll be there before you know it. And I notice it too that some centers go quite fast. Mine was 1 year to the day.
