I'm heading out for three days so lunch is unknown as we are stopping on the road.  Likely our last trip to the cottage before ice out so definitely have to make this one count.

B - scrambled eggs, homemade sausage patty

S - protein shake, while driving

L - not sure but hopefully something with grilled chicken and a salad

S - latte made without my espresso maker but will make do

D - chili and Metro cheese bread

Will probably have a few drinks in the evening after a sauna but will leave it at 2 at the most.  I don't want to derail too badly

Damn - now you've got me thinking of it toasted with butter melting - food porn - I will make do with my piece of baguette tonight.

Have fun this weekend

But, but, but it has protein from the cheese so it's a healthier version of bread so eat it :)
