I believe the surgery prompted the changes that I needed to make to be happy.  I'm still the same person, with the same challenges, but now I've learned a healthier way to deal with life's problems without reaching for food. 

When I went to try wedding gowns, I almost didn't recognize myself.  It was completely surreal to see a waist and hips and boobs....it helps that those dresses have mega construction hidden inside of them.  I wasn't going to bother with a wedding gown, but have changed my mind.  I'm going to say yes to a dress!!!!  and a veil!  and the whole nine yards!! 

This is the best time of my life and I have the most wonderful man to share it with!  I feel blessed!
