S 1/2 c ff cottage cheese
L spicy peanut satay tuna, 3 melbas, 5 strawberries
D 3 oz bbq pork chop, 1/2 c garden salad
S 4 oz skim milk

Good morning everyone. This morning I will be swimming, lunch with DH and a friend, paperwork, and then dinner with another friend. I may be having nothing but soup when I go out because my pouch was very angry last night and still this morning. Something I ate last night did not agree with it, or maybe I ate too much, but it's sore this morning. It could also be that I am coming down with a cold because I've been sneezing and feeling under the weather. Either way, it's going to be a be kind to my pouch day.

L - Cup of roasted red pepper and tomato soup
1/2 tuna wrap
S - 6 low sodium triscuits with 1/4 cup of shredded habanero cheese - melted
D - small hot roll with 1 pat butter
7 oz sea bass
1/4 cup of veggies
S - 2 Source dessert yogurt with 2 TB of FF cool whip
Source dessert yogurt with whipped topping saves me at night! Tastes great and feels decadent

Minimun of 2 litres of water - all vits - more decaf coffee

My throat feels scratchy this morning so going to do liquids this morning and hope it's just post-nasal drip.

D - steak with onions and peppers, roasted brussel sprouts
S - likely another latte, it's wait up late night for DH.

Busy day ahead with an early start at work to get a jump on it! Have to pick up a few groceries on the way home - my fridge looks bare and that makes me feel uncomfortable. lol

Man! I would struggle eating only 3 oz of steak! It might take me an hour, but I love at least 5!!!
Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
Morning all. I'm glad spring is almost here but, yesterday i had allergies all day. Sneezing, itchy eyes and dripping, not nice.

L - salmon burger patty, cucumbers, zucchini, custard
S - tuna, 1/2 slice protein bread
D - chicken, corn, collard greens
S - rest of salmon patty, cappuccino

Late posting again. Having trouble getting back into the swing of things. This cold weather does not help. Just finished swimming. Will have lunch soon. Just walking the dog tonight. They changed my DH's schedule so he is working tonight.
