Certainly a grey day out there today. Still lots of work to catch up on. Even dumb stuff gets left for me. Like a folder with two sheets of paper for shredding. Must get our twitter account active again. No one posted while I was away. I have not figured out the pre-post feature yet. I still think it is a miracle I post. We had a student quit because they didn't want to try doing this.

Work and home. Son and his girl-friends daughter coming for dinner. Then they are off rock climbing. Quiet evening.

Lost my fitbit so have not been trackingmy steps but trying to do extra walking. I will swim tomorrow

Good Morning Ladies,

Not sure what I am going to do today. I'm thinking that starting spring cleaning may be in order so I don't have to bother when the weather get nice. I started de cluttering a while back sending lots of unwanted baking stuff, cloths, books...anything in good condition to my local women's shelter. Someone starting a new life would really appropriate having these things that I clearly have no need for.  So thats my goal today.

Still have that cold/cough but its mostly just feeling really tired and no appetite at this point.  I literally had to force myself to eat all day as my body and my brain do not want it.  this is not normal for me, I was able to feel physical hunger a day after surgery, and have been pretty normal appetite-wise since then.  Finally finished my leftover chicken and salad from the restaurant yesterday.  One salad provided enough food for 3 very filling complete meals and 2 snacks - wow, talk about huge portion size eh? In the past I would have been able to eat the whole thing in one sitting, no problem, I can really see the difference when I eat solid foods like salad and chicken. Just going to focus on getting in my minimum protein, vitamins, and liquids today.  Yes I ate 3 chicken mcnuggets thinking that might encourage my appetite, and no I did not enjoy them.  They just sat there all yucky.

b - premier protein shake, xl decaf coffee

s - simply protein bar

l - 3 chicken mcnuggets, small blood orange...later 1 cup watered down apple juice

s -  source greek yogurt with 10 almonds...later unsweetened almond  breeze with  some sf chai davinci syrup added, heated

d - homemade pork roast with mixed vegetables

s - psyllium eggwhite wrap with pb and nsa jam.  I experimented by adding granulated splenda, cinnamon, and vanilla  to the regular mix.  The consistency was not the same, sort of reminds me of a beavertail more than a wrap.  Not bad with a little lemon juice on it.  I still prefer the regular wrap.
