Hamilton/Burlington Support Group Meeting NEW LOCATION AND TIME

Our next meeting is Saturday March 28th We will be meeting in the community board room at the Fortinos located on Appleby Line just south of Dundas. There are no parking concerns like we had at our previous location MEETING TIME HAS CHANGED!! We will start at 9:00 a.m. And finish promptly at 11:00. a .m.

The meeting is open to all pre-op, post- op and support people. See everyone there!

I'm working 3-11 pm that day, so 9:00 is a little early for me but I will try to be there as it is important to me. I really benefit from this support group. Thanks again for organizing this. Take good care. Marj

Referral Date: May 29, 2012; TWH Orientation: June 19,2012; Nurse Practitioner Group Session and Social Worker Initial Assessment: September 25, 2012; Nurse Practitioner One-on-One and Psych. Assessment: January 18, 2013; Met with surgeon: March 8, 2013; Pre-Op scheduled: June 20,2013; Surgery scheduled: July 17, 2013! Surgery Completed!
