Either everyone is sleeping in this morning or they are already out there shovelling the white crap we are getting. I know the south was to get rain but you never know this winter what anyone will get. I am going out later to shovel here once the coffee kicks in. Slept 12 hours last night thanks to some pain meds and gravol to keep me asleep.
B - 2 soft boiled eggs, 1 slice Swedish rye bread ( just need runny yolk today so will sacrifice a few carbs here to slop up the yolk)
S - protein shake after shoveling
L - greek salad, grilled chicken
S - kielbassa, old cheddar, bread and butter pickles ( need to make a batch of SF ones today so they are ready in a few days)
D - what I was supposed to have last night but just couldn't eat, steak, mushrooms, green beans
ETA totals: 1094 calories 53 carbs 51 fat 111 protein
Good morning everyone. Still fighting that cold, hopefully it will leave me soon. My appetite has been nearly zero for the past 4 days and I have to push myself to eat anything. Going to try to get all this in as my calories have been too low the past 4 days, despite my planning it has been hard to eat enough, no appetite whatsoever, all I want to do is sleep. I have been ensuring to get in my protein, vits, water as I know that is really important.
And I thought I would make it through winter without getting sick. Ha! Hope everyone has a nice day - watch out for freezing rain if you are outside.
6 months post-op
b - premier protein shake (vanilla with chai flavouring added)
s - sf spicy protein hot chocolate, homemade from good sf Mexican baking chocolate. Hopefully the spice will kill my cold.
l - salad or veg with a protein at restaurant, will take home leftovers as usual
d - psyllium egg wrap with a tsp peanut butter, tsp nsa strawberry jam
s - herbal tea and/or chicken garlic broth
all vitamins and water

1good morning Tracy. Take it easy shoveling. Gray here and some drizzle. Not great for walking the dog. Had a great vacation. Lots of sun and warmth. I ate bad bit was very active so I was pleasantly surprised by the scale. We were in Pompano Beach. Only a little rain one afternoon. I was in the hot tub the whole time. Only one cool evening. Hard to get back to this but it is warmer than when we left.
Need to shop today for groceries. Not much in the fridge.
b oatmeal, blueberries
l chili
d stew
Lost my fit bit. Not sure I will get another. If I do I will look for a water proof one. Need to change where I list my menus for calories.
Just wanted to mention to the person who lost their FitBit, I heard they are "a dime a dozen" on Kijiji. Lots for sale at a much lower price than new. Hope this helps.
