Morning everyone, another Friday the 13th this year, hope no one is superstitious, lol. Another day full of errands, hopefully the day will go faster today. Tracy i'm sorry you are having trouble with sleep, no fun especially when you are really tired. I go through that some days, hope it turns around soon for you. Karen, hope you're not to wiped out to go and mingle with your hubby and friends. Forgot to share with you lovely ladies yesterday that despite the gloomy Dr's visit, i made it to goal and surpassed it by 3 lbs. It was a happy moment for sure as i don't recall the last time i was 177 lbs. Then reality struck when i was told i have to have a gastroscopy (i hate those) but all is good :)

B - egg, banana, PB

L - pork chop, lima beans

S - cheese, salami, cucumbers

D - chicken breast, ???

S - tuna, cappuccino

water and vites all in

Still have a cold but am going in to work, too much to get done to be sick.

b - premier protein shake, xl decaf coffee

S - half premier protein bar or small apple

l - tuna avocado salad or soup, cucumber slices

s - half premier protein bar

D - herbed pork loin with vegetables

s - herbal tea

all vits and water

RNY  5 Years 11 Months Post Op

Morning

Day two of the golf tournament today.  Very hot and humid so back to some banana's in my protein shake.  The carbs in a banana are horrendous, however I don't want to supplement until I get my blood results back - hopefully soon!  Will also drink G2 to help my body recover from 5 hours in the heat and sun.

STEPS - 12,416

EATS

This isn't  going to be pretty - but its what I will consume today

B - 2 large mugs of coffee

     Premier protein shake blended with small banana and ice

 

L - 1/2 turkey, apple and brie wrap

 

S  - 3 crackers with 1 oz cheese

       pure protein bar

       G2

 

D - 3 chicken tenders

       2 chicken wings

       Michelob ultra low carb beer

 

S - Greek yogurt with 1 TB of granola

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 1,396,  Carbs - 114 Grams,  Fat - 46 Grams,  Protein - 113 Grams

 

All water - 3-4 litres - plus all vits
