I don't think I have ever done that. Ok, Ok, it wasn't a full on run, more so a jog (she is a basset hound, they aren't exactly the speediest) But anyway,  That has to be the BIGGEST reward ever. Being mobile, and in a physical shape that I can now get outside and LIVE! Without being in pain. Without sweating after walking for two minutes. Without getting chub rub in between my thighs!!

She was giving it her all!! haha and we've been home about 15 minutes, and she's already snoring. that was exhausting for her!

Congrats!! Keep it up and run races with me!!

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
