What Are You Eating/Doing Today? (Wednesday)
Good early morning all . it's funny when I don't have enough iron, I can't sleep. When I get an infusion, I can't sleep. It's 3 am. Hoping I fall back asleep soon.
Getting up for candlelit yoga, which I love, and wonderful to do, as training is getting more intense. Hill intervals tonight.
B: eggs and avocado (actually never ended up having it for lunch yesterday, and haven't since last week. It's new to me again lol)
s: Last Rep beef jerky
l: spaghetti squash and ground pork sauce
s: protein shake/almond milk
d: unsure. Perhaps chicken?

Good morning everyone. Kelly I hate waking up in the middle of the night also. I like the idea of candlelight yoga. Hopefully we both can get back to sleep for a while.
Today I will be swimming and doing lots of errands. DH and I are going on a mini-vacation tomorrow, just because he needs a break, so there are many things that I have to get done before then.
B. Premier Protein shake with decaf coffee crystals added
S. Decaf coffee before and after swimming
L. 3 oz Blackened Cod and cheese grits
S. Deli turkey slices with Greek Yogurt cream cheese rolled up
D. 3 oz Blackened Cod with sauteed shrimp

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.
I got an hour more. So that was ok. We'll see how I do later though LOL

Well, well, well.... look at all the early risers today!
Off to work this morning for another fun-filled day, have to run a couple of errands after, not sure what else I'll get up to. I've been loving the weather the past few days - it's energizing to feel some warmth!

L - chili from the freezer, 4 melba rounds, 1 oz old cheddar
S - ham/cheese/pickle roll-ups (2), later: Chike protein iced coffee
D - dinner that I didn't have yesterday since Andrew surprised me by making dinner last night - 3 oz BBQ steak, lemon-basil green beans and mushrooms
S - not sure yet, depends on what time I eat dinner - coffee or tea for sure though

Good morning everyone!! Ok yesterday was hard.. The cravings were so intense.. Im not sure why ..they started around 4pm and continued.. I slipped a couple times..ugggh 😔but it's a new day 😊

Sorry yesterday was rough with cravings - makes it really hard to stay on track. Maybe a planned and pre-made snack would help at night, something that would satisfy a craving but is still on plan. Today will be a better day!
