We have a pretty established support group in Ottawa on facebook. It is a secret group so your friends can't see that you have joined a group for WLS, but this also means you need to be friends with someone in the group to be added. Feel free to PM me with your facebook name if you'd like to be added...I'll then add you as a friend, add you to the group and then remove you from my friends list. It's a great group of people, mostly girls, and just about everything has been asked...monthly coffee nights and other events are organized and there is even a WLS closet where you can donate clothing that is too big and collect clothing that fits :)
