Recently I have cut out all sugar (refined) and I am not eating pasta, potatoes or bread. I am eating only veggies and lean protein. I have dropped 28 lbs in 37 days. I am honestly so happy at this point and have so much motivation to keep going. I am hoping I can drop 100 lbs by the time I have surgery. I was at a starting weight of 604, and now I am 576 lbs!!
That is fantastic ! That is motivation for sure ! You can do it dear , you are doing it ! I admire your determination and it's gonna get you far in this .And yes curbing those carbs is HUGE !! I really don't miss them now that I've detoxed from thEm. It makes such a difference to our whole system . No more sluggish guts and bloated crappy feeling .
I just read your other post about appointments. Have you called to enquire ? A wee cheeky phone call can't hurt just to see if you're close I called a few times leading up to mine , and I think it helps as I was given an earlier appointment during one of those calls .
You are doing great and when you get those first appointments it will spur you on even more to keep going . I'm very happy for you and excited ! It's such a great journey, so empowering when you see and feel the results. You are gonna rock this lovey

Jaxie and I were bad for planning our phone calls and harassing them, LOL. Okay... so it was mostly me.
I agree, it doesn't hurt to give them a call.

Right on! I quit refined sugar and white flour also when I started this journey. Since I don't have it - I don't crave it. No sugar no white flour is my motto. I have not had any bread, buns, bagels, pasta, etc. and I don't miss it. And I lost 110 lbs. doing it this way! All I eat now is protein (meats, chicken, fish, etc.), vegetables, fruit and dairy. Life is good. If you keep it up, the weight will fall off! It's been 18 months for me and I don't miss it at all because I love the results! You go girl! You are definitely on the right track. Keep up the good work!
