Yes but remember that you're on Costco.com (us site) vs Costco.ca (Canadian site). The prices are different and you can't buy them online.

I don't even feel bad for telling people to break this one rule. I do not advocate doing that often, by the way. Most of the rules for your center are there to protect you and ensure success.. but this one thing.. the Opti shakes vs ANY other is total crap, imho. I used PP shakes and lost weight and my surgeon was none the wiser. I'm a single mom of 3 so I needed to save money wherever possible. And honestly, even if I wasn't... that 200 extra dollars could be better spent by almost all of us on here.

LOL...sorry more questions, what else can I eat while taking these shakes and do you mix anything in them like everyone mixes in the OPTI to make them taste better or are they good on their own?
