299, sub 300 lbs! Not a huge goal for most but when you've been pushing 400 lbs for so long it's amazing to see. 71 lbs lost as of today *squee*.

Sometimes it's hard not to compare myself to others who are doing better.. but I have to remind myself that it is a journey and not a race. Thank you so much.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.
"Better" is kind of a moot comparison really as so many variables influence our weight loss. Not only is it a "journey not a race", it's your individual journey.
