What Are You Eating/Doing Today? (Thursday)

Good morning,

My body wouldn't let me sleep past six hours, so I'm heading downtown early to get my run in before my personal training session. I'm going to book a massage at lunch and I'll snooze during that :)

Getting my hair done tonight. I think I'll stick with red for one last time and then head slowly back to blonde. I feel I need lighter.....spring is coming right?

B: scrambled eggs and prosciutto and banana pre-workout

l: steak salad

s: protein shake

d: chicken of some sort and sweet potato

I'm having a terrible time with OH this morning! Been trying since 5 AM to post - here's hoping this makes it through the gatekeeper. lol

And.... Good morning and HAPPY FRIDAY-JUNIOR!

Kelly it sounds like your body is in a "go cycle" - it only sleeps begrudgingly when it absolutely has to. Hopefully this will pass - the time change this weekend may help with that.  Speaking of the time change, although I'm happy that the "spring forward" means summer is coming (yes summer, I'm ready to skip right ahead to get out of winter lol), I am wondering what my body will think of this since I already get up at the crack of dawn (out of necessity) at 5. Sleepy mornings ahead :/

Work today which continues to be pretty crazy busy, maybe Costco after work, not sure what else.

S - Greek yogurt, homemade SF cranberries, sprinkle of toasted almonds

L - crustless quiche

Oh yes. It took me four tried to get the original post through. And just now there's errors popping up. Let's see if this one goes through. Hooray for Friday Junior...but just found out I have a sick kid at home....boooo! I will be leaving work at some point. Ross is with him for now. 

My body is reacting to my Iron infusion on Monday. I have two more rounds, and then things will regulate again. I went through this yesterday too, but managed to stay up until 10. Probably won't get that luxury today. 

The only good thing about the spring forward, is that it's going to be spring! Yay! Temperatures are on the rise for now too. Huzzah!

RNY  5 Years 11 Months Post Op

Morning

Meeting this morning followed by a long golf tournament this afternoon. Boxed lunch and then dinner is provided so I am guessing based on past years food choices.

 

Early - 3 regular coffee's - up most the night and I needed a boost

 

B - 2 large eggs and 1 egg white scrambled with 1 slice of 2% cheese

 

L - 1/2 chicken wrap

 

S - cutie orange

 

D - chicken or fish - veggies - 1 small roll - 1 glass or wine or beer ( not sure yet )

 

Approx Stats per Myfitnesspal :  Calories - 1,442,  Carbs - 95 Grams,  Fat - 66 Grams,  Protein - 98 Grams

 

All water - maybe an OJ in there if my legs get weak

Hi all. Been having a hard time posting on OH today for some reason. Hope it goes through this time. Still crisp out there, good thing we'll warm up next week. I hear you on the sleep Kelly.. Woke up at 6:30 after going to sleep at 2 am and couldn't sleep after that. Been having tummy troubles again for the last week. Thought it was just small pouch days but, i haven't been able to eat the little planned foods i plan everyday. As of right now, it's 1 pm and i've only had breakfast and not hungry at all. Not good since i've been having problems for a while and my hair, although i cut it of to an inch, is still falling out quite a bit. Supplementing with shakes made with mil****il i get a response from Guelph, *SIGH*. Well this is what is planned, we'll see:

16 months post op

B - oatmeal, pb, protein powder

L - egg, cucumbers/shake

S - tuna

D - mackerel, zucchini

S - cheese

this is what i planned for today, we'll see how that goes. Won't even bother with the totals. Have a good day all, Nia

Glad you're in touch with Guelph. How much did you eat yesterday? My hair fell out until the weight loss was over. Get the cut! It might make it feel healthier! I went really short (didn't look good on me, but it was manageable).
