What Are You Eating/Doing Today? (Friday)

Good morning everyone.  Try as I might, I could not post yesterday.  Barb enjoy your tournament.  Kelly enjoy your night out with friends.  Karen, I want to make that Shepherd's pie, it sounds so good.

Today I will be swimming, oh yeah, a little shopping, and evening out first at Langdon Hall, and then to another spot to listen to live music.

7 months post op

B. Premier protein shake with coffee

S. Large decaf with cream and sweetener

L. Tom Kha soup with chicken

S. Greek Source 50 yogurt Peach

D. Not sure, but I know it will be small and expensive, lol.

S. More decaf coffee.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

TGIF!!! Hope everyone is well. Thanks Kelly for checking up yesterday. Day wasn't that bad but, i just feel really tight. I did manage to get in some food and made some shakes. AT least i got in something. Hope this resolves soon or else i'd have to go under the knife again and i don't want that. That said, i hope you have a good night out with your friends. Karen, i've seen a commercial for thermals that can keep your liquids hot for a good while. Now i can't remember where, lol. Try bed bath and beyond, they always have nice stuff. CC, missed you yesterday, darn the OH difficulties. Enjoy the pool today.

16 months post op

totals: 733, carbs 28, fat 33, protein 82

I'll try to get in what i can and if i can't will supplement with a shake as i want to eat real food more than shakes. Hope everyone has a good safe day and don't forget to spring forward. Nia

I got the a call back back from Guelph and the doc insisted i see him, urgg. I'm hesitant because the last time i saw him he said the next step is to do a lap.
