Tanya
Morning all :)
Off to work this morning and looking forward to a crazy busy day (seems to be the norm these days!) and NOT looking forward to the weather-induced-misery drive home. Public meeting with a very contentious agenda on the schedule, hopefully everyone makes it out unscathed. Home after work, no plans other than pajama time (can't touch this.....sorry, I digress....) My meatloaf "cupcakes" iced with cauliflower mash took a detour and I ended up making Sheppard's pie instead - beef, layer of mushrooms and onions, cauliflower mash on top, made a mushroom/onion gravy to go with it. OMG, delish.

Good morning everyone. Tanya the pool was wonderful, unfortunately I am not ready to make waves yet but that warm water was heaven. Just me being at the pool sent a strong, clear message that this chickie poo is back so don't mess with me, there will be waves soon, lol.
Karen your Shepherd's pie sounds very yummy. Last night ended up going to the Keg for dinner and had scallops, seriously good.
Today it's back at the pool, to make mini waves, then some web surfing and most likely a nap.

You're right, it is REALLY slippery out there as I discovered while crossing the street to get a caffeine fix and nearly took a flip. lol
Okay, so with the spiralizer - you then boil or steam whatever you've spiraled?

One's love relationship with coffee shall not be thwarted by weather alone. ;)
Sautéed spiraled veggies sounds awesome actually, THAT I could definitely see myself eating. Thanks for the tip!
