What's better VANILLA or CHOCOLATE OPTI?

My centre let me choose what I wanted to buy, although she seemed surprised when I said 2/3 chocolate and 1/3 vanilla.  I know wish that I had asked for all chocolate, because I found the vanilla nasty.  I added decaf to the chocolate and crystal light to the vanilla.  Before surgery I was not a chocolate fan, so this surprised me.

I am on my last two days of OPTI and I have loved it - going to miss it!  I got half and half.  In the morning, I add instant decaf and Sugar-free salted caramel syrup to vanilla to fake the coffee thing, at lunch and dinner I have chocolate with mint extract, and shake number 4 is vanilla with orange extract.  If I want to shake it up a bit (no pun!) then I will simply add different flavourings - almond is the back up.  Plan to add something to the shakes, otherwise it's boring (and the vanilla on its own was pretty nasty).  Enjoy the journey!

For straight shakes, the chocolate is better, however, I added coffee or cinnamon or unsweetened cocoa powder to the Vanilla and it was really good.

You'll get 1/2 of each.....my suggestion.......is use 1/2 of each pack to get that vanilla/chocolate flavor.........yummy, I enjoyed it. Not too chocolaty and the vanilla, which i liked as well was broken up with the choc.....good luck!! I didn't mind it at all. I chewed excel gum also!!!!

Go for straight chocolate - I got half and half so I could mix flavours into the vanilla. Just took too much energy to make them taste decent and they never did. Chocolate is good, just throw em back, don't worry about liquids providing food pleasure, ain't gonna happen.
