What are you doing/eating today? (Sunday)
Sorry to hear you are not feeling well Tracey, hope that by resting up it goes away. Lately I feel like I have been hibernating as I do not want to go out at all on the weekends and avoid it unless absolutely necessary. Anyone else feeling this way? Must be the winter blahs I guess. Will be hitting the gym this afternoon and possibly the grocery to buy a few essential items like powdered milk. Then the pantry challenge continues.

b - premier protein shake, 2 peanut protein flax cookies (they turned out nice, very filling), sf banana blueberry drink (davinci syrups)
l - leftover spicy peanut chicken on soybean spaghetti with roasted peanuts on top. later...chai tea
d - leftover spicy peanut chicken on soybean spaghetti with roasted peanuts on top
s - frozen peanuts deshelled and roasted in a pan with salt, possibly chili powder too. First time trying them, they are really good, they taste sort of like water chesnuts, milder taste than regular peanuts. I bought them at T&T supermarket near the edamame. later...herbal tea with milk, protein powder, sucralose
