Morning all. Looks like a nice sunny day. Today i stock up on vits, have run out of calcium and vit d and they have a sale at Superstore, will also get a veggetti to. Sucks you have to work today Tanya, hope you have a good day though. Glad you're back in the drivers sit CC. Good to see you're getting better and getting your independence back.

16 months post op

B - oatmeal with protein powder and 1/2 tbps pb

L - mackerel, coleslaw

S - 1/3 cup tuna, cucumbers, sf jello

D - turkey cheese burger with all fixings on 1/2 light flat out

S - 1.2oz chicken, cappuccino 

total: calories 623, carbs 29, fat 23, protein 80

water and vits all in, exercise shopping

Afternoon all :)

I slept in this morning - 11:00 to be exact. Obviously my body needed a rest! Did groceries and contemplated a car wash until I saw the line right out to the road - maybe tomorrow morning. lol Naturally my eating is off course as Im out of routine.

8.5 years post-op

- coffee with cream x 4 over the day -

B - premier protein shake

L - spicy kielbasa, old cheddar, pickles, cheddar-asiago crisps, a few grapes (sodium overload)

S - Chike protein iced coffee

D - so many leftovers to choose from - ugh - crustless quiche, mixed greens salad with poppy seed dressing

S - not sure yet
