The same as before surgery roast beef dinner and turkey dinner. I would never be able to choose between the two.

I seem to be stuck on PC's angus lean meatballs, with tomato sauce and a touch of parm. They are super lean and the health stats on them are really great. I can barely eat three.

It's going to sound nasty, but a toasted pickle open faced sandwich.

2 slices of Seed Lovers bread, toasted, with mayo and sliced up dill pickles. I add salt too. It's my thing.

Favorite? Same as before surgery, modified for after surgery -- pizza!!

Flatout zesty Italian flat bread (I scrape off most of the zesty though otherwise it's too much for me).  Make with mozza cheese, sautéed onions, chopped up tomato and basil (in place of sauce as I find it very sweet now), and a protein - chicken (chopped finely) and bacon(cooked, drained, patted with paper towel) or chopped up kolbassa that I sauté with the onions. Mmmmm. Only trouble is I have a hard time consistently finding that specific flat bread.

I slice it into 5, so it usually does me for three meals - dinner, lunch, and a slice for a snack.

I'm torn but I will pick a nice bloody steak with roasted asparagus or roasted brussel sprouts with some sauteed button mushrooms of course.  If those nice little tender potatoes are out that are the size of a golf ball, bake one of those too and throw that in.  Just big enough to get two bites in but still the satisfaction of all the taste of a big ass baked potato.

Beef tenderloin with mushrooms and onions and asparagus.  Ground beef was a problem early out but tenderloin always went down well and is very filling.
