First week done........

starting into my second week of opti , i had my pre op admisssion appointment , and learned that i lost 19 pounds in my first week , that is like shocking , i never expected to lose that much in one week , cant wait to see what the next 2 weeks bring.

Good for you! I found the weight loss was less in the subsequent weeks on Opti but I celebrated every pound and you should too! ☺️

oh ok i was just so shocked , i never in my wildest imagination thought it would be that much, oh and i did celebrate it tonight , i went to a movie with my daughter.
