NSV spin class
Yesterday I took a spin classs for the first time in years. I had to stop as it was too hard on my knee. Yesterday, 100 pounds lighter, I was able to enjoy the class without knee pain. This is a huge victory for me so I thought I would share this with everyone. This journey is not easy but days like yesterday remind me of the many advantages of surgery. Wherever you are on your journey please know that you can do it! We can do it!
Highest: 320, Surgery: 255 (Aug/14), Lowest: 132, Current: 167, Goal: 155

Well done. Congrats. You should be proud!
That's a great NSV Zizzler. You are doing great! I know my knees definitely feel better with the weight off of them.
