Not much going on here today.  We are going out for dinner even though I'd prefer to stay indoors today and go tomorrow when it warms up but he's insisting we go tonight.  Not sure what I will have, they have a few fish dishes on the menu but forget if they grill them or not.  Am wanting fish but no crumbs or batter wanted so will wait and see.  May have liver as I know they grill that and it's delicious there.

B - protein shake

S - poached egg, homemade sausage patty

L - large green salad with a scoop of canned salmon with lemon and mayo mixed in it

S - protein shake

D - still unknown but it will be meat and veggies and maybe a green salad, depends on what I order. Whatever starch is served with it will be left in the kitchen as I don't even want the temptation on my plate.

Good morning all. My walk  on Saturday ended up through some deeper snow. Through off my knee and hp. Went for a walkyesterday but had to head back fairly early as they were aching. Interesting art installations on the beach.  One is suppose to become an igloo as the snow collects. Another is a semi circle with seats and a fire in the middle. Stopped and rested for a bit there. There is another that is fabric swings. Didn't make it to the last. Just didn't want to walk that far. Barb I hear you about the leg cramps. Woke up with a bad on around my sore knee. Had some banana today already.

Picked up some Oceans tuna snacks at Costco on Saturday. I know I could make this but it is so handy to just grab and go. This will be the week from hell so grab and go is good. I think it will be a good snack to have before I swim today

TWH for last mindful class. Must say I enjoyed it. I know they are deciding whether to continue it. I hope for the sake of others they do. I didn't always do all the meditations but I did enough to really help. Last class is a potluck. Can't remember what others said they would bring so I will pick what I like.

b yogurt, banana

s Ocean's tuna kit

l chili, yogurt

d ?

Have a good day everyone

I liked the potluck class. Easy to pick and choose, not just because most people bring WLS compliant food, but who's going to pig out in a Mindful Eating class? LOL

If you liked it, answer the survey positively. Positive answers help for the future of the course!

Somehow i ended up bringing a cheesecake. Someone wanted to bring a Sarah Lee one. I said I had just made a low fat low sugar one. They jumped at that. Funny thing is I probably will not have any. I often find I fill up so fast on my main course I can't eat dessert. I may have some later at home.

I have been giving it great reviews. The two people running the course work at TWH and have private practices. I think the sourse takes up a lot of their time.
