Same here. Can be hard to read him sometimes but, he really is a good surgeon. I have no foods that i can say bother me even the sweeteners. So I eat what i can when i can. You're right, it's been a rough few months and i'm slowly but surely getting better, hope to not have anymore set backs. It seems every time i have a set back, i have to start from the beginning. Can't complain on the weightless though. Four more pounds till goal.

Funny story - I had a newbie join us for coffee night on Wednesday and she mentioned reading the WAYE thread and couldn't get over that "someone" was eating cottage cheese and ketchup - how gross! lol

Lol! Next week really gross her out and let her know I also use it on eggs and chicken. When I was a poor university student, I use to make ketchup sandwiches.

Keep warm Karen.

When I was a kid, lol alllll those years way back when, a big favorite for kids was bologna on wonder white (cause that was THE bread) with ketchup. I never got those, my folks are Danish so I never had a sandwich, mine were always rye bread open faced things that I used a knife and fork to eat with that kids would laugh at me for having 😳

Ah yes, bologna and ketchup, mustard sandwiches those were were days, I dreamed of getting those!

Annette 👍
