What
Change the post title if you can Tanya lol. Sorry to hear you're not well still :(
My Aunt is scheduled to go home today, which is shocking, as her heart rate is still not regulated and she is still not eating much. But she is more with it and a good self-advocate, so hopefully it will all be good.
been up since 3. Hoping for an hour more before I get up to head downtown for my personal training session. Big outdoor event this weekend. I need to sleep!
Before workout - banana and almond butter
b: eggs and avacado (I'm sure I'll be sick of this soon!)
l: chicken breast and salad
s: hummus and carrots
d: unknown
have a great day all!
Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
I'm glad to hear that your aunt is well enough to be discharged - good news!
I think Tanya should leave the title as it made me laugh. After a long week, simply writing "what" seems pretty appropriate and could take on so many funny meanings - What? What! What.... TF?
Clearly I need a weekend. ;)

Meatloaf w/ mushroom gravy sounds awesome. I'm going to have to make that Salisbury steak recipe from Mennonite Girls this weekend, haven't made it in ages.

Not usually a fan of meatloaf as most people use ketchup or bbq sauce in it or on it and that just isn't my thing. This recipe I found a few years ago and it's been a huge hit and I have even served it to company and they all ask for the recipe when they leave. It's a grown up version meatloaf with lots of garlic, fresh herbs, dijon and the gravy is made with wine and broth and tons of black pepper. It's more my style. I'd usually have mashed taters with it but not going to for myself this time as so far keeping the carbs away is working well.
