RNY  5 Years 10 Months Post Op

Morning

I have 3 banana's in my menu today as I am having real problems with my legs and cramping.  I stopped the banana intake about a week ago as I hate the amount of sugar and carbs in them - but I need them now.  Had my 6 years labs taken a week ago so hopefully they will see what the issue is and I can begin treatment.

Second day of the tournament - currently in 2nd which I am thrilled with

Good luck with your tournament, sounds like you are doing great.  Sorry to hear about your leg cramps, they suck, hope you get a treatment plan soon.

Yesterday I hit my milestone of 100 pounds lost since my referral in August of 2013!

Next mini goal is to get into the 180s by March break.  I have divided up my goals more now that I am losing a little slower in order to keep me motivated.
