Two rules to save me
As I have posted I have had a difficult time in my life and gained weigh over the last year.
One rule that I have never given up is "no eating and drinking together,. The only exception was wine with dinner. But this really is an important one to keep one on track.
The second one I have just recently installed in my life and I think it will save me from gaining weight and helping me right now as I lose weight again.
"No eating after 7 p.m."
I am PMSing and my usual craving for carbs reared it's ugly head all of the sudden and I had been doing so well giving up bread and sugar for almost two weeks. I at least accept that 24 hour period as it was, and now hope to be back on track today. But last night I wanted to eat something at 7:10 and I said NO. 7:30 I went into the kitchen again, but I said NO!
A couple extra decaf coffees and water seemed to have saved me from food too.
Make sure you keep rules like this and you will succeed.
