OMG what a sweet (but healthy) surprise

This morning I made myself oatmeal and added a full scoop of Precision all natural whey isolate (36gr protein no sugar) and a spoon of stevia brown sugar with extra water.  I put in microwave for 2 minutes, stirred after 1:45 then put in for 1 more minute... being careful to keep watching it so it doesn't explode, and when I took it out to eat it.... It both tasted and had the texture of pancakes.... with syrup.  This makes too much to eat at one meal, so I have breakfast and a snack for under 300 calories with 36 grams of protein that is filling and satisfying, and delicious!!!!  Today is a great day

Sounds yummy! Where do you buy that protein powder? I can't find a retailer in my city that carries it. Their website doesn't list where it's available either?

I bought it at Popeye's here in Cambridge but it was new here.  I also saw it at Sobeys grocery store yesterday.  It is all natural and is from Australia, the price point is 50-60 but worth it.  Very filling and high high protein

I found it at Fortinos in the natural food section.

What kind of oatmeal? This looks like something I'd like to make.

I just use original plain oatmeal.  I prefer Quaker harvest.  Sooooo good with so little time to make it.  I am not sure how it will work with a different protein powder, the one I used in organic and has 36g of protein per scoop

Yum...sounds good!

I wonder if you could use steel cut oats as well.  They have more protein in them.?????

Not sure, will have to try it.  If it doesn't taste as good though I will settle for 40g of protein for breaky.  lol  It is really yummy

I eat oatmeal with my protein powder in it almost everyday.  I use sweetener and cinnamon or strawberries.

I use milk instead of water,  extra protein,  extra calcium!

Will give milk a try. Right after surgery milk and I were not even close to being friends.... ick.  I have been trying a bit at a time and it seems like we may make amends.  lol
