That's awesome!  Congrats!  I can't wait for the day to throw on something and not worry about looking sloppy!

I haven't even tried boots on just don't need the rejection!   Great NSV!

That's exactly how I felt before I lost the weight! If I dressed casually, I felt sloppy. Thank you very much! You'll get there

Thanks Jiliana! Pictures do help me see the successes so far, which is important when I am stalling! To keep reminding myself of how far I've come in a short time.

Just over 2 weeks in recovery from surgery. Still trying to figure this whole eating process now. Tastes change each meal and struggling with the shakes. I am so turned off shakes and have to rebuild my relationship with them!  Honestly just not hungry.

slowly but surely😁

I really didn't start feeling hunger until about week 10!! Now I definitely feel it. I only have one shake now, for breakfast, and aim to get in the rest of my protein from food. You will get there!!! My first 5 weeks were pretty tough, emotionally mostly. Just keep trucking, it DOES get so much better. By month three, I don't even feel as though I have had surgery. xoxo

Not all size 2 ladies stare blankly - some of us have been exactly where you are now, or more. ;)
